I agree that all participants will follow the latest government guidelines and maintain a 2 metre social distance at all times. I will supply my own hand sanitiser and face masks which must be used when appropriate by all participants. You agree that you or any one from your household have not had any Covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days i.e. high temperature, persistent cough or loss of taste or smell. If you show any symptoms you will not attend the event.
YOU AGREE TO OUR DISCLAIMER ON BEHALF OF ALL PARTICIPANTS. Participation in sport and leisure activities can be dangerous and despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen in respect of which you are present entirely at your own risk. 'For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this document limits or restricts any party's liability for injury, illness or death resulting from that party's negligence or breach of statutory duty'. I confirm that all participants are familiar with the nature of the activities, which they wish to undertake and acknowledge those risks. I declare that all participants are in good health, and are not suffering from any other medical condition or disability which is likely to adversely affect my normal control of a vehicle or which might make it unsafe for them to drive or participate in any activity provided. All participants will not be under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs. I accept that I shall be solely responsible for any decision as to my fitness and that of all participants to take part or discontinue in any activity and as to whether to drive or discontinue to drive any vehicle at any time whilst it is in my possession or under my control. I understand that Off Road Adventure Travel reserve the right to remove me or any person included on this form from the event or the activity at any time if they consider my actions be dangerous or detrimental to any other party. I understand the risks involved and that my vehicle is suitabIe. I acknowledge that due to the nature of the activity, there is a risk that minor damage may occur. I further agree that I or any participant shall not seek to claim against Off Road Adventure Travel, nor their officials, the Landowner, the promoter or other bodies or individuals connected with the activity in respect of any damage to my property, where such damage has been caused directly by any participant's negligence. I confirm all drivers are in possession of a current Driving licence for motor cars, that all vehicles have a valid certificate of insurance and MOT. I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of booking.
