Adventure Pack Refunds and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital Adventure Packs purchased from 4×4 Wales, including individual packs and digital bundles. It does not apply to guided tours, training or physical products.
Cancelling before download
If your download has not begun, you may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Once download begins
At checkout, we ask you to agree to immediate supply of your digital Adventure Pack and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download begins.
Once the download begins, we do not offer refunds because you have changed your mind. This includes deciding not to use the pack or changing your travel plans.
Problems with your Adventure Pack
If you cannot access your download, a file is missing or corrupted, or the pack is not as described, please contact us. Include your order number and a description of the problem. We will work to resolve it and provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where required by law.
Green lane access and conditions can change. Always check the latest Route Status, restrictions, signage and conditions before travelling.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
